So much amazing research has been done on vibrational energy and how emotions play a key role in attracting and maintaining a strong positive flow of good energy. Research has determined that emotions are the key….the more a person can stay in vibrational harmony with positive energy the more successful, peaceful and connected their life seems to be.
When a person allows their negative emotions to take a hold of them in such a way that their actions and decisions are coming from a place of negative energy, the opposite is true. They seem to struggle through life and see everything as half full – because their focus is on the “lack,” that is what they attract. You get what you focus on. Focus on what you want, not what you don’t have.
Keep your emotions in check to keep your vibrational energy strong and positive. A lot of my clients ask how this can possibly be done all the time. The simple answer is…it can’t. We are all human and it takes work to keep our multitude of emotions in check 24-7. The solution is to be mindful of when you feel your emotions are going off balance (out of vibrational harmony) and then self correct as quickly as possible. The sooner you are aware of when you go off balance the quicker you can work at getting back in balance (in vibrational harmony).
When you find yourself out of balance, the easiest way to work on getting back into balance is to ask yourself this question – “What is the one thing I can do right now that will make me feel better?” Then do that!
Keep in mind I am not saying it is okay to participate in self destructive type behaviors such as alcohol, drugs, etc. The one thing that will make you feel better should fall into a category of wellbeing (when you participate in self destructive type behaviors, yes for some, it may feel better for a short period of time; however, any type of self destructive behavior is negative so you cannot be in harmony while participating in them – even if it does make you feel better – see the difference?)
Things to consider are taking a walk, meditating, reading, deep breathing, focusing on a positive experience, etc.
